Held at the square, this festival is pretty much like any other. The mayor begins with a speech regarding the year then you are able to walk around and talk with everyone.

There really isn't too much going on at this festival. Carl invites you to go in the first place, so I (grudgingly) decided to attend. It was all worth it tho, because after listening to everyone talk 'egg talk' I recieved a note from the mayor.

Reward- Note.

Although at the first Horse Race you can't do anything except keep telling the mayor that you don't have a horse yet (it seems like he would learn...), it's quite an event in later years. There are a total of 4 races, so you can race 4 different horses altogether.

Reward-

There are 4 levels depending on how many hearts your horse has for you. (Thanks, Twinkey)

Level D (0-3 hearts) reward: month worth of fodder (30)

Level C (4-5 hearts) reward: coffee table

Level B ( 6-7 hearts) reward: power berry

Level A (8-10 hearts) reward: Cool TV

If you would like to attend this festival, you MUST put a Moondrop flower into the bin in the town square the day before. If you don't, the mayor will be standing in the square the next day and tell you that the festival was cancelled.

Reward- None.

At you cow festival, you can enter your best cow and win... erm... something (sorry >.< ... my cow is still a baby). Again, your rival will win if you don't. This is surprising, as I would have though that Blue's cow would win, as she is the cow from the actual animal ranch of the town...

Reward- Note and years worth of fodder (120)

In this festival, you are set against 3 other contestants- in my case, this included my rival (he is FOREVER challenging you- you will find that he is always against you in anything competetive). It is VERY easy to win the Swimming Festival. Everyone else is extremely ... slow... The object of the festival to to swim to all four buoys before everyone else. If you swim to the dolphin, he will give you a ride to one of them. Yet, if you get caught in a whirlpool, you'll stall a couple of seconds. Overall, it's soooo much easier than the swimming festivals in previous harvest moon games.

Reward- Power Berry (see pic to the right) + Note.

You go to the river festival with the bachelor or bachelorette that likes you best. She or he will arrive at your doorstep promptly at 6 o'clock AM and ask you to go with him/her. You have a choice, and I would recommend choosing choice # 1, that way you can get a note from the whole ordeal ^.^

Reward- Note and raised heart level with who you went with.

To go to this festival, once again you are required to give up an item for the town's sake. The day before, you must put a moonlight stone (from the mines) in the bin in the town square. That night, everyone puts glowing firefly flowers in the ocean.

Reward- Note.

The Fireworks Festival has got to be the most exciting festival yet. The fireworks blow up in lotza different shapes! Anyway, once you go to the beach, the bachelor or bachelorette who likes you the best will join you in watching the fireworks.

Reward- Note.

The Sheep Festival is pretty much the same thing as the Cow Festival, except with (duh) sheep. The mayor judges the best sheep and awards the winner.

Reward- Note and years worth of fodder (120)

You attend the Moon Festival with the bachelor or bachelorette who likes you best. The two of you go up to the summit, watch the moon, and talk a bit.

Reward- Note.

The Autumn Horse Race is pretty much the same as the Spring Horse Race (the only difference being, if you are on your first year, you have a chance to enter a horse).

Reward- Same as Spring Horse Race.

Make SURE to put in a crop-- any crop-- the day before the festival. You go there and basically just talk crop talk for awhile. Finally, the mayor decides that it's time to give you a note for coming-- following this, the festival ends and you are shooed home.

Reward- Note.

To attend this festival, you must grow a pumpkin then put it in the bin the day before the festival.

Reward- Note + Power Berry.

This is basically the same thing as the Cow and Sheep Festival-- the best animal wins.

Reward- Note and years worth of chicken feed (120)

This festival goes on all day-- basically, you just give a cake to your sweetie.

Reward- Popular note (must recieve at least 5 cakes from people with 3 or more hearts)

You go down to the beach at 6:00 PM, and your sweetie and the mayor will be waiting for yah.

Reward- Note.

A night to take in the beautiful sky. This is just like the moon festival, really.

Reward- Note and... a kiss! <3
